TOPIC: Business Best Practices & Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

The morning session of this seminar will include business best practices in important areas such as: “Becoming a Customer Service Rock Star!”; “Financial Health: How and When to Store Financial Information”; “Using Forms Like a Boss”; “Technology and Social Media: Limit Your Liability with Internet Literacy”; “Creating a Positive Work Environment”.

Attendees not in need of the Sexual Harassment Prevention training may leave after lunch and will receive a full 6 units of MCM credits for attending. Those who would like to receive a Certificate of Attendance from WMA for the Sexual Harassment Prevention training may stay for the required two hours of training in the afternoon session. This training will satisfy the requirements set forth by the passage of SB 1343 which requires that all employers with five or more employees provide training for all employees, including temporary and seasonal workers.
