Resident Management Couple

We are a 55 year and older well maintained 5 star Mobile Home Park in Roseville California with 168 spaces, RV lot and 8 apartments seeking a Management Couple to handle day to day responsibilities in the park.

Office manager

Good people skills

High level of written and verbal communication

Computer literate, Proficiency Microsoft office

Organize and Managing existing documents and files

Enforcing park rules and regulations, issuing rule violation notices, legal notices and perform evictions.

Screen and interview prospective residents, processing new resident paperwork.

Daily Property walks, routine inspection resident lots

Routinely report updates to Owners

Knowledge of California Mobile Home Park Residency Law and preferably taken WMA classes.

Prefer Accredited CMC Manager with WMA

Maintenance

Landscaping, general maintenance and pool maintenance

Valid driver’s license

Pool and Gas Meter Certified

Change gas Meters coordinate with weights and measures

Able to work with and understand general plumbing, electric, gas and sewer issues

Knowledge of California Mobile Home Park Residency Law and preferably taken WMA classes.

Prefer Accredited CMC Manager with WMA

Housing:  Housing is provided as part of employment

Qualifications: 1 – 3 Years property management experience or related field

Proven proficiency in all areas of property management or related field.

Strong organizational, analytical and decision making skills

Computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Word, Excel.

Open availability to work, including holidays

Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors

Knowledge of Title 25, Civil Code Residency Laws and HCD Laws preferred.

Valid Driver’s License.

Both persons must be able to receive a check.

Must pass credit and background check.
