MCM Webinar: Conflict to Solution — Techniques for the Real World (Zoom webinar)

Because people’s feelings about their homes are so personal, management is sometimes confronted by an angry or dissatisfied resident. Lately, that anger seems more deliberate and delivered more harshly. While there is no magic wand to make that stop, you will learn some proven techniques∙ to help resolve conflict, solve the difficult person puzzle, and avoid common customer care mistakes during this session. You will leave this session with fresh ideas and new tools that can be used in real-life situations.
