We are seeking a skilled On-Site Manager to oversee the
day-to-day operations of our property. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for maintaining the property, ensuring tenant
satisfaction, and managing staff effectively.
Duties:
– Manage all aspects of the property’s operations, including
maintenance, and tenant relations
– Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property
maintenance and repairs
– Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal
regulations
– Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Community manager needed for senior mobile home community.
Must have previous experience managing a mobile home park or in
multi family housing. Must have some knowledge of Fair Housing,
MRL and HCD.
Duties Include:
collecting and processing rent, maintaining logs and records,
Strong communication skills, write and deliver notices , follow
up with vendors, contractors, and tenants, enforce Rules and
Regulations, Provide positive tenant/vendor relations.
Must be reliable and a self-starter that can work independently
and multi-task
We are seeking an experienced, mature, professional with MRL
knowledge and mobile home park track record for our Senior park
in San Diego east county.
You will oversee 2 person maintenance crew to ensure park
maintenance and cleanliness, and one office manager. Your
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to working
with residents and enforcing park rules, interacting with
vendors, coordinating clubhouse events, rent collections,
delivering notices, and working with ownership on a daily basis.
Must be available on call for emergencies.
We are looking for someone with property management experience
(mobile home park, apt building…) to work closely with owners
and help manage our quaint mobile home park.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-be on-site during office hours (M-F 9-11a/1-4p and the first
Sat. of the month 9a-1p)
-be available and on call after hours for emergencies, etc.
