WMA provides members the opportunity to purchase forms and
notices required by the Mobilehome Residency Law (MRL), as well
as desktop manuals critical to the day-to-day management of a
mobilehome park.
WMA forms are updated with each change required by law and can
also be purchased in e-format by subscribing to our Forms Online
service.
Attention Parkowners who are involved in the MHP Utility
Upgrade Program
Required Notice within three (3) days of transfer of the park’s
utility infrastructure to the serving utility following
completion of the MHP Utility Conversion Program.
If your park is involved in the MHP Utility Upgrade Program and
your contract requires you to give a three day notice once the
new systems are energized by the utility company, you have three
days to give out this notice to your tenants pursuant to a
decision by the California Public Utilities Commission.
Pay only $95/year for unlimited access to our forms. A
