Some of the hottest properties in Napa these days start with the letter M — but they aren’t mansions, and they don’t cost a million. The M stands for mobile and manufactured homes. “The mobile home market in Napa County has taken off,” said Gerrett Snedaker of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate|Wine Country Group.
