The Frank J. Evans Charitable Foundation is seeking applications from college-bound high school graduates for $2,000 scholarships in the year 2025. Scholarship recipients must live in manufactured housing communities that are members of WMA, and the deadline for students to apply is June 30, 2025.

These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of those who have contributed to the Foundation.
