Unfortunately, despite WMA’s best efforts, Governor Brown signed
into law SB 510 (Hannah-Beth Jackson) on mobilehome park
subdivisions on September 26, 2013. The bill allows local
legislative bodies to deny a subdivision/conversion if a majority
of the homeowners do not indicate their support during the survey
process.
