As of April 30th, 2011 all Mobile Homes, Manufactured Homes, & Multi-Family Manufactured shall be required to have an Automatic Residential Fire Sprinkler System installed as required by Ordinance 787. The requirement for the installations will be based on the manufacturers’ date of completion of the specific unit. Any Home manufactured before this effect date will not be required to comply with these requirements.
