We are pleased to introduce you to the new look of WMA online. Our updated website is now easier to navigate with a site search tool and loaded with all the information you need to run your business and manage your property. Also, be sure to login each time you visit wma.org to see all content, including member-only content throughout the site.

New features on our website include:

Search Site

Not sure where to find the information or resource you need? Just enter keywords in upper left corner of our website and you will be presented with a list of related content. You will even be able to search within your results! Be sure to login using your community’s login credentials so you will be able to see all results, including member-only content.

Login and Forgot Password?

To login, enter your community/firm’s WMA member ID number for both the username and password. If you have changed your password in the past you will be able to continue to use that password. If you have provided your community/firm’s email address to WMA, you will now be able to immediately reset your password if you forgot your password.

WMA Forms Online rebooted!

Members can now enjoy unlimited access to WMA’s Resident Owned and Community Owned forms with a year subscription ($95/year) through Professional Computer Forms (PCF). Go to wma.org/forms-online for more information (member login is required to see all related content).
