WMA will host a Zoom chat on the first Thursday of each month. These informal discussions will focus on trending, pertinent topics. This free event does not require registration. 
During our video chats, special guests will share information and answer questions. 

The next Coffee Talk chat will be Thursday, March 2, 2023, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Charlene Garza, General Manager of Evans Management Services, will discuss current insurance and staffing-related issues of interest to the manufactured housing industry.   

Charlene Garza joined Evans Management Services in 2001. She is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations, human resources, as well as both the accounting and administrative departments. Charlene is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. She has a background in banking and financial services as well as an educational background in Accounting and Business Management. 

Charlene has served as a Commissioner on the Santa Cruz County Mobile Home Commission for the past seven years. She has served on the Council of Advisors for the Frank J. Evans Scholarship Foundation for the past 18 years and WMA’s Education Committee. She has also been a speaker for the Management and Legal Advice panel at the WMA Convention and Bay Area MCM training courses.
