Since 2023, WMA has conducted over a dozen mobilehome park tours to educate and raise awareness among state lawmakers of the challenges and successes involved with owning and operating mobilehome parks in California.

These tours also provide a unique opportunity for legislators to engage directly with community residents and stakeholders. 

These tours play a crucial role in fostering understanding and advocacy for our industry.
