Jack Kerin
Jack Kerin is owner of Kerin Construction and Code Consulting and serves a well respected consultant to the Manufactured Housing Community. He retired from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) after nearly 30 years service where he trained state and local inspectors and supervised the Mobilehome Park Maintenance inspection program. Jack is known as an eminent authority on the laws and regulations that govern residential construction and is a qualified expert in Superior and Federal Court with respect to Manufactured Housing Communities and Manufactured Housing. Jack has spoken to large national organizations including the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) the National Home Builders Association (NHBA), as well as numerous national, state and local building code agencies. Jack likes to share his positive attitude and inspirational approach to life with his audiences. He pilots his own airplane still rides his bicycle for distances of 100 miles or more and recently completed the construction of his new home in Wilton California that he shares with Jackie his lovely wife of 47 years.
