Jackie Murphy is the Operations Manager for Waterhouse Management Corporation (WMC), a full service management company specializing in all aspects of mobilehome park operations.Jackie has been in the industry for 23 years, which includes 12 years of experience as a resident manager performing both management and maintenance tasks, and 11 years of experience as a property supervisor in conjunction with being WMC’s operations manager. Her experience also includes a unique prospective in the field, as she was a resident of a MHP for 30 years. Jackie is primarily responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive operating policies and procedures, guidelines, and forms specific to the unique requirements of each community; ensuring each community’s lawful compliance; and instituting educational programs she uses to train resident managers and maintenance personnel. Jackie also has 12 years of experience in writing course materials and speaking at educational seminars for training purposes.
