Joe Carroll is a litigation and trial lawyer who specializes in representing community owners in eviction cases against residents who default in payment, violate rules and regulations, or substantially annoy other residents.
He currently serves as President of the WMA River City Chapter and sits on WMA’s committee, Western Manufactured-Housing Education Group (WMEG). Joe attended law school at the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law, and attended college at University of California, Davis.
