Toni Elliott-Brand is the leader of Human Resource efforts for Newport Pacific Capital Company, Inc., a full service property management company, located in Irvine, CA specializing in manufactured home and apartment communities. Toni has responsibility for compensation and benefits, compliance with Federal and State regulations such as ADA, ADEA, EEO, FEHA, FLSA, and FMLA, talent management and leadership development.

Prior to joining Newport Pacific, she worked as an HR executive in the wholesale distribution industry.  She has also been an executive coach and human resources consultant.  Her focus has been growing mid-size employers while building company reputation as a leading employer of choice.
