Monthly Zoom Chats — Mobilehome Industry Update
WMA hosts a Zoom chat on the first Thursday of each month. These informal discussions focus on trending, pertinent topics. Registration is not required for this free event. John Nolan, Manufactured Home Works
Mr. Nolan has over thirty years of experience in business and real estate as a buyer, seller investor, developer, and manager.   He has fluency in numerous property types, including raw land, parking garages, apartments, industrial parks, single family residential and mobile home parks.

• Is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he served as a Military Police Officer, Counter Terrorism Team Member and Air Base Ground Defense squad leader. 
• Self-Financed holder of Bachelor of Science in Finance, Master of Business Administration degrees.
• Has management experience with Fortune 400 Organizations and owned and operated startup companies.
• Served as Professor at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Business for twelve years.
• Served seven years as board member of Orangewood Pals Foundation as director of development, responsible for successful Fundraising campaigns.
• Has been business columnist, media source and public speaker.
• Licensed by the state of California as both Real Estate Broker and Manufactured Home Dealer
• Seves as member of The California Manufactured Housing Institute board of directors.
