Let’s dive into the complicated world of pets and service animals. We will address the complexities of the differences between handling all types of pets, and the top issues surrounding animals in our parks.

Attendees will be able to ask questions towards the end of the webinar.

Participants will earn six units of MCM credits. The webinar will be 1.5 hours in duration.

About the Presenters

Carla H. Robertson                                                                            Attorney, Law Offices of Joseph W. Carroll

Carla H. Robertson Akin is a 7th year attorney and first joined the Law Offices of Joseph W. Carroll, P.C. in 2014 as a law clerk. After graduating from Penn State University, Carla moved from Pennsylvania to Sacramento to attend the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2012 and graduated in 2015. Carla remained in Sacramento after being offered a full-time position with Joe Carroll. She represents mobilehome park owners and management companies throughout the state in landlord-tenant disputes, HCD inspections, MRLPP complaints, as well as other matters that may arise. She currently resides in Sacramento with her husband and French bulldog, Stella.

Charlene Garza                                                                                General Manager, Evans Management Services

Charlene Garza joined Evans Management Services in 2001.  She is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations, human resources, as well as both the accounting and administrative departments.  Charlene is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.  She has a background in banking and financial services as well as an educational background in Accounting and Business Management.

Charlene has served as a Commissioner on the Santa Cruz County Mobile Home Commission for the past seven years.   She has served on the Council of Advisors for the Frank J. Evans Scholarship Foundation for the past 18 years and on WMA’s Education Committee.  She has also been a speaker for the Management and Legal Advice panel at the WMA Convention and Bay Area MCM training courses.
