During this webinar, presenters will discuss the ins and outs - and pitfalls to avoid- surrounding applications and onboarding, including utilizing appropriate WMA forms. Be sure to join us!

Participants will earn six units of MCM credits. The webinar will be 1.5 hours in duration.

Carla Robertson

Carla H. Robertson is an attorney with the Law Offices of Joseph W. Carroll, P.C. Carla moved from Pennsylvania to Sacramento to attend University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and graduated in 2015. Carla remained in Sacramento after being offered a full-time position with Joe Carroll. She represents mobilehome parkowners and management companies throughout the state in landlord-tenant disputes, HCD inspections, MRLPP complaints, as well as other matters that may arise.

Denny Drossos
Director of Manufactured Housing, HCA Property Management
Born and raised in Newell’s Mobile Home Community in Napa Valley, Denny has a deep-rooted understanding of the manufactured housing industry. In 2014, he began his career with HCA Property Management as a field representative, where he quickly developed a passion for community operations and resident relations. Over the past decade, he has honed his expertise in property management, compliance, and strategic oversight, ultimately advancing to his current role as Director of Manufactured Housing at HCA Property Management. Today, Denny oversees 16 manufactured home communities spanning Oregon, Washington, and California, managing a diverse portfolio that includes more than 2,500 tenants. With a hands-on approach and extensive industry knowledge, Denny continues to be a dedicated advocate for the future of manufactured housing.
