MHBO.com, an Oakland, CA-based web startup, operates a rapidly growing online marketplace with over 50,000 consumers searching monthly to buy or rent mobile or manufactured homes in communities nationwide.

We are looking for a dynamic, web-savvy, energetic, and organized individual to contact small-to-medium size park operators nationwide about how they can get involved with our growing marketing platform. An ideal candidate has the MH industry experience necessary to understand the unique demands required to operate and market a manufactured home community successfully.

The ideal candidate likely has some of the following skill sets:

-Experience filling vacancies or making sales at MH park/communities
-Experience managing a MH park/community
-Ability to cultivate relationships with small to midsized park operators
-Experience in cold-calling and advertising sales

This is NOT highly technical work but it does require strong web/research, organizational and communication skills. A general web savviness is essential including experience with Skype, Google docs, Facebook, Social Media, etc.

This is a part-time, independent contractor, telecommuting position. Estimate is 15-25 hours per week.
