Regional Property Manager – Corporate Office

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to
oversee a multi-state portfolio of mobile home parks. This is a
high-volume, fast-paced role that requires strong organizational
skills, attention to detail, and expertise in mobile home park
management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee portfolio operations, including budgeting, financial
tracking, and analysis across multiple states.
• Monitor vacancies and aged receivables to ensure optimal
occupancy and financial performance.
• Source and manage a competitive bidding process for expenses
and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate eviction proceedings, including court processes, as
needed.
• Supervise and provide guidance to on-site property managers,
ensuring compliance with best practices and local laws.
• Develop and execute lease agreements in accordance with company
policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager
for mobile home parks (this is not an on-site manager
position).
• Ability to handle a high volume of workflow efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of local mobile home park laws and
regulations.
• Experience with Yardi accounting/management software is
preferred.
