Kleege Enterprises owns 19 mobile home parks with an estimated total value of $95M. As a result of Kleege Enterprises’ rapid growth in their mobile home park portfolio, they seek a skilled individual to act as Regional Property Manager and oversee it’s mobile home park portfolio.

An ideal candidate will be experienced in the following functions and skills:  -Execution of all mobile home park laws as they relate to the portfolio
-Filling vacancies at all mobile home parks in the portfolio
-Coordinating with each Resident Manager on best practices
-Developing and executing leases for tenants
-Tracking and analyzing various performance characteristics of all parks
-Continuing to improve tenant relations
-Motivate Resident Managers to continually and independently improve all parks
-At least 10 years experience in managing mobile home parks
-Must be capable of handling a high volume of work flow at any given time
-Ability to be highly successful in a fast paced environment
-Complete proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Adobe, etc
-Prefer experience in Yardi (or some other property management software)
