On-Site Community Manager
El Centro, CA
We are seeking a skilled On-Site Manager to oversee the
day-to-day operations of our property. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for maintaining the property, ensuring tenant
satisfaction, and managing staff effectively.
Duties:
– Manage all aspects of the property’s operations, including
maintenance, and tenant relations
– Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property
maintenance and repairs
– Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal
regulations
– Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
– Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and
cleanliness
– Supervise maintenance of Park files and records. Especially
Resident files.
– Service all resident notices, including legal/eviction
Experience:
– Proven experience in property management or related field
– Leadership skills, including interacting with vendors and
contractors
– Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
– Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant
satisfaction
– Ability to read and write English; speak English and understand
spoken English. Bilingual in Spanish is required
– Proficient in data entry and record keeping
– Knowledge of customer relationship management practices
– Phone etiquette skills for effective communication
Personal vehicle, drivers license, and auto insurance is required
for this position.
