We are seeking an experienced, mature, professional with MRL knowledge and mobile home park track record for our Senior park in San Diego east county.

You will oversee 2 person maintenance crew to ensure park maintenance and cleanliness, and one office manager. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to working with residents and enforcing park rules, interacting with vendors, coordinating clubhouse events, rent collections, delivering notices, and working with ownership on a daily basis. Must be available on call for emergencies.

Live on site in park owned home plus hourly wage.
