Regional Property Manager (Riverside County CA)

Responsible for daily management of Mobile Home Parks ,Storage Facility’s and some commercial and residential properties. This includes personnel as well as operations.

Responsible for fiscal planning, personnel, leasing approvals, outstanding customer service, bookkeeping, and overall management of properties. All properties within 3 hours of the office.

Currently 6 properties with 516 units. Owner looking to grow portfolio to 2 to 3 times number of properties. This position reports directly to the owner who is looking to be part time in the operations of the properties.

Job qualifications: 5 years experience required. Medium to high level experience needed in Excel, experience in rent manager, software helpful, proven efficiency in all areas of Property Management, strong financial, organizational, analytical and decision making skills. 2 – 4 office days, 1 – 2 days in field, experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Office work requires monthly bill paying, verifying rental income, ensuring all eviction and new leases are being managed correctly by management. Excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills. Manage 8 – 15 employees. Ability to take calls 7 days/week for emergencies.
